Update: There was friendly feedback on our rating. So we planned a second breakfast. The reservation worked this time, but you cannot reserve a table in the outdoor area, you have to be lucky enough to catch a free one. There is criticism from two points, the first order was only taken after a waiting time of 10-15 minutes. Two of the four breakfast menus included eggs, which only came when we were 3/4 finished with breakfast. Otherwise, the food was as expected and the service was friendly. Original rating: Actually, everything was always great in the past, and until now you can't object to ice cream and food. The last visit, however, was very sobering. A table for 4 people for breakfast was reserved a week in advance, if possible by the window or outside in good weather. On arrival all tables were occupied except for one at the window. The one at the window was not reserved for us. We were offered a makeshift table right next to the kitchen. However, since it was very stuffy and waitresses were constantly passing by, we refused the table and went to have breakfast elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was no clear answer why no table was reserved, so it was the last planned visit until further notice.

The food is always very good there, but the waitresses are sometimes so arrogant and impatient that you often don't even want to go there. You can't reserve a table outside, I was told on the phone, which I absolutely cannot understand. One must be lucky, they said. After that I was just stalled instead of asking if I would like a table inside. There is a lot of catching up to do here.

An impudence. We wanted to go here to eat ice cream today (Sunday) and when we asked if we could get a seat inside, we were told that there were no more seats available, even though some were free. When we sat down it started to rain and our place and we got completely wet. A family next to us, who were also sitting in the rain, were approached by the waitress and offered to take a seat inside. We were not offered any. The waitress often missed us and even looked at us. We were not served, nor were we offered a place in the dry. After 15 minutes it was too stupid for us and we left.

We were here to eat and drink ice cream. It took a long time for a waitress to arrive, as well as for the items we ordered, we waited a very long time.

A super great ice cream restaurant. They also have hamburgers and pizza available. Delicious. But expect the average price per person to be around 10 euros. (When you don't just buy a ball of ice cream)

Have 2 x Bella. Italia ordered. The croissants came promptly, the coffee came a full 10 minutes later. later. It was probably flown in directly from Italy ??. Except so finally there was no comment. I don't go there anymore.

Too bad, because the café was actually our favorite place. What's going on there now? The tables are not clean. Card sticky. Upon request, everything will be wiped off with a rag. The disinfection spray remains unused! The registration slip without writing on the table and not picked up. Then yesterday there was also a waitress because she was scared by a barking dog at the next table and poured the ice cream sundae over my pants and partly in my daughter's hair. Instead of an apology, she ran away and as after half an hour! The ordered ice cream came, no excuse. And the place had still not been cleaned !!! When I spoke to the service staff, I got an apology that it was not that easy. I understand that you have to wait longer when there is a lot going on, and also that a table and chair smeared with cream and sauce is not immediately cleaned, but apologizing for breaking someone's pants would be a form of decency and takes one Second! Too bad, that would certainly not have happened here before.

The Il Gelato short called Il is the meeting place in Eggenfelden, a small town in Lower Bavaria. The "flexible" Stammtisch left of the entrance area is obviously not only the smoking area but also the meeting place for the Eggenfeldener / in exchange. Here all layers meet in this beautiful city. Similarly, the table left just after the entrance area. The range is REICH and the quality is very high. The staff is exorbitantly friendly and very hardworking. Everyone feels at ease in the Il and one likes to come to this beautiful place.

I had a Ranch Burger with Potato dippers & sour cream. It was lovely.

Ice cream, burgers & breakfast are the best in Eggenfelden. The waitresses are always nice and helpful. Large portions and lots of choice are the order of the day here.

They serve quite a wide range of snacks, desserts and drinks. We ordered coffee with vanilla ice cream. Was nice and service was quick and good. Recommended.
